Sesame Buddha Bowl

Ingredients:

-2 ½ cup kale

-7 radishes, diced thin

-2 cups asparagus

-2 tsp onion powder

-1 package tofu (12 oz)

-5 oz carrots

-5 teaspoons sesame seeds

Directions:

Ingredients will allow for 4 buddha bowls. Combine all ingredients into large bowl. You can add 2 tbsp of ginger dressing for taste. Garnish with sesame seeds as needed.
