Low Carb Shamrock Green Pepper Eggs

Ingredients:

3 eggs

2 large green peppers

1 tbsp ghee

 

How to:

Begin by cleaning bell peppers and slice into 1-inch slices. Apply ghee to a nonstick pan and add rings to pan to cook. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add egg into the center of the bell pepper rings. Season shamrock eggs with sea salt and black pepper.
